1. Club Membership Fee: $75.00 membership fee/year

2. Two methods of pricing your auction firm's use of "Speed Search"

- Pay for the entire year upfront - cost $200/year or
- Pay as you go as described in the table below.

The table below is the price breakdown for a club member to place individual sale bills or listings in Bidders and Buyers.com’s database. Your database entry (dbe) is your entire sale bill.

3. Club members agree to give Bidders and Buyers.com, in exchange for the linking activities supplied by Bidders and Buyers.com, one of the following:

1. A link on their web site or
2. A permanent banner on their web site

4. Club members are entitled to have 10-day "Hot Sale" banners on Bidders and Buyers.com’s homepage at $25.00 per banner. That Banner takes a potential buyer directly to your sale offering on your web site.

5. Participants agree to place all of their auction sale bills or private treaty business sale offerings in the Bidders and Buyers.com database.

6. Billing will be on a monthly basis based upon the number of auction sale bills or private treaty offerings, and banners a club member places on Bidders and Buyers.com.

7. If you want Bidders and Buyers.com to enter your sale information into the database, a secretarial charge of $10.00 per sale bill or sale listing (equivalent of one typed page) will be charged.
