PLAT LOCATION: 101.16 acres, more or less, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Walnut Grove Township (T.7N.-R.2W.), McDonough County, Illinois.

DESCRIPTION: Tract 2 lies undulating to gently rolling and presently includes 53.67 tillable acres, with the balance of the acreage consisting of a grass waterway and small area of trees and grassland in the southeast corner of the tract. The primary soil type is Osco silt loam (56.6 acres), a highly productive Class A prairie soil.

TERMS: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before January 15, 2010. Full possession will be given at the closing. Title insurance provided.
