10% non-refundable Down Payment Due on Day of Auction, Balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by December 31, 2018. The Farmland is available immediately upon closing for the 2019 Spring Planted Crops—Open Tenancy. The Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure.
