All three tracts have the same base, which is as follows: METHOD OF SALE: Each tract will be offered separately and will not be offered in any combination. TERMS: Buyer(s) will pay ten percent (10%) down day of sale with balance due & payable on or before December 18, 2009. Seller will furnish title insurance in the amount of the purchase price and will pay the 2009 taxes payable in 2010 and all subsequent taxes will be paid by the buyer(s).
