TERMS OF THE SALE The farmland will be sold on a dollar per acre basis based on surveyed acres provided by seller. The building site (Tract 3) will be sold by the whole dollar amount. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a standard purchase contract and pay ten percent (10%) down the day of the auction with the balance being due on or before December 1, 2021.
