The farm is well located just ½ mile Northeast of Walnut, Illinois bordering 1500 E St on the West Side and just ¼ mile North of State Route 92. 151.18 +/- Acres located in part of North Half of Section 10, Township 18 North Range 8 East Bureau County, Illinois. PPN: 03-10-100-004 & 03-10-200-001. 2015 Taxes payable 2016 were $3,508 but this included building site. Approximate tax per acre on farmland is $20 per acre. The PI is estimated at 120.7 using Optimum Crop Productivity Rating For Illinois Soils. TERMS OF THE SALE The farm will be sold on a dollar per acre basis based on surveyed acres.
