Directions to the Timber

Approximately 4 mi straight South of Germantown in Section 21 of Germantown Township, Clinton County, IL. Detailed Driving Directions: 1.2 mi South of Germantown on IL State Route 161, then South ½ mi on Shoal Creek Road (970E), the West ¼ mi on Pioneer Road (750N), then South 2 mi on Shoal Creek Road (you will pass the auction site), then West ¾ mi on Charlene Road to the Wooded area (we will park for the viewing here), then turn right and follow the rock road for about a mile over the bridge and right on the second rock driveway to the Southwest corner of the property.

The auction will be conducted under the new pavilion at Bobby Eversgerd’s Fort, park on either side. Detailed Driving Directions: 1.2 mi South of Germantown on IL State Route 161, then South 1/2 mi on Shoal Creek Road (970E), the West ¼ mi on Pioneer Road (750N), then South 1-1/4 mi to the civil war style fort on the right side at 6251 Shoal Creek Road

 


SPECIAL VIEWING will be conducted on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 1-3 PM. We will meet up at the end of Charlene Road, more room to park and we will shuttle you up to the property on UTV’s or you can bring you own ATV/UTV and we will guide you to the property and give you copies of information.


Description of the Property

Any Mineral Rights owned by the Haselhorst Trust will be passed along to the purchaser. We are selling the property in its AS-IS present condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
