The AG Building is situated West of the Water Tower in Scheve Park. Use GPS address: 851 6th Street, Mascoutah, IL  62258.  Plenty of Parking. 

 

Detailed Directions to the Property:  Approximately 4 miles West of Mascoutah, IL on IL State Route 177 to the JCT of 158 & 177; then South  approximately 1 mi on Schneider Road and continue East & South about 2 mi on Rentchler Station Road & Funk School Road to the Property on the West Side of Funk School Road.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE REAL ESTATE AUCTION

10% non-refundable Down Payment Due on Day of Auction, Balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by May 11, 2016 or 20% Down, Day of Auction with possession available immediately to allow for timely, normal field preparation and the balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by May 11th. The Farmland is available immediately upon closing for the 2016 Spring Planted Crops—Open Tenancy. The Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure. Any Mineral Rights owned by the Moye Family will be passed to the purchaser. We are selling the property in its AS-IS present condition with no warranties expressed or implied.
