10% non-refundable Down Payment Due on Day of Auction, Balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by March 27, 2019. The Farmland is available immediately upon closing for the 2019 Spring Planted Crops—Open Tenancy. The Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure. Any Mineral Rights owned by the Biver Family will be passed to the purchaser. We are selling the property in its AS-IS present condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Any Announcements made on Auction Day take precedence over all previous advertising. Several pins and corner stones are located, but No Survey will be included with the purchase. Benchmark Title will provide a current title insurance policy for the property.
