TERMS:
Successful bidder on each tract will sign a contract at the
conclusion of the sale with a 10% down payment. The balance
will be due within 30 days of the sale. Possession shall be
given on the date of closing, subject to the rights of the
farm tenant to farm said ground for the 2009 crop year on
a year to year cash rent farm lease. Buyer shall receive the
cash rent for 2009. Any announcement day of sale takes precedence
over any printed matter.
