The AG Building is situated West of the Water Tower in Scheve Park. Use GPS address: 851 6th Street, Mascoutah, IL  62258.  Plenty of Parking. 

 

Location & Detailed Directions to the Property:  Located approximately 1/4 mile North of MACOUTAH, IL in Section 29 of Mascoutah Township, St. Clair County, IL. The property is located East of the Dollar General Store with frontage to ONYX Drive & AMETHYST Lane. The Land is directly behind the Homes in the Subdivision. Corners are clearly marked with PVC markers surrounding the property.

 

TRACT A

The Western 40.51 +/- acre portion of the farm adjacent to the Subdivision. Tract A includes frontage to Amethyst Lane from Tanzanite Lane & Onyx Drive Tract A is mostly all tillable, currently in agriculture production. 10% non-refundable Down Payment Due on Day of Auction, Balance due at closing in approximately 30 days, by April 22, 2019.  The Farmland is available immediately upon closing for the 2019 Spring Planted Crops—Open Tenancy. The Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure. Any Mineral Rights owned by the Richter Trust will be passed to the purchaser.
