cropland acres, balance in waterway & trees. The FSA Wheat
base for the farm is 11.7 acres with CC yield of 49 bushels per
acre; The corn Base is 41.6 TERMS & CONDITIONS: 10% non-refundable Down Payment due on night of auction, balance due at closing in approximately 30 days. Possession on the farmland immediately upon closing - available for 2009 spring planted crops. The Real Estate Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing based on the last known tax figure.
