TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This tract will be sold on a surveyed acre basis. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a standard purchase agreement contract with 10% of the purchase price due immediately following the auction. The balance will be due and payable on or before March 18th, 2009. Possession will be delivered to buyer at closing. The 2008 real estate taxes due and payable in 2009 will be paid by the seller.
