This farm contains approx. 185.17 (+/-) acres with approx. 182.70 (+/-) acres of tillable farmland. The land lies level to gently sloping and sloping in some areas. Possession will be immediate upon final settlement in full and also possession for the 2012 and subsequent crop seasons. The 2011 real estate taxes will be paid by the seller. The 2012 and all subsequent years taxes will be paid by the purchaser. The property is being sold “As-Is” and without any warranties. There will be a purchase agreement to be signed day of sale.
