METHOD

by the high bidder’s choice method of
marketing. The first session will include Tracts
1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The second session will include
Tracts 6 and 7. The high bidder in each session
will have the option of selecting any individual
tract, any combination of tracts, or all tracts
within that session. Each session will continue
until all tracts within the session are sold.
TERMS
OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase
price to be paid down at time of sale with balance
due on or before March 1, 2009. Full possession
will be given at closing. Title insurance provided.
The sellers will pay the 2008 real estate taxes
payable in 2009, and the buyer(s) shall pay
